Company Details : 

M.P. Power Generating Company Limited, a successor power generating company of erstwhile M.P. State Electricity Board (MPSEB), is having its Thermal and Hydel power stations located at various places in the State of M P. The Company intends to induct around 24 Executive Trainees (F&A), which includes 12 (3 UR, 4 SC & 5 ST) backlog posts for Finance and Accounts wing of the company.

QUALIFICATION: 

Candidates who have already passed the Final Semester / Year examination need only apply. The candidate should possess CA from ICAI or ICWA from ICWAI .

AGE LIMIT: 

The Age of candidates as on 01.08.2013 should be minimum 20 Years and should not be more than 32 Years.  

TRAINING AND STIPEND:

 All the selected candidates will undergo a 3 months training (extendable up to 12 months). After successful completion of training, the candidates shall be given regular appointment as Accounts officer. The Executive Trainees shall be paid a fixed monthly stipend @ Rs.15,600/- during the training period.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: 

(i) Only Indian Nationals need apply. 
(ii) Candidates working in the Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector, satisfying the eligibility criteria of education and age shall have to produce N.O.C. from their present employer at the time of interview, failing which they shall not be permitted to appear for the interview.  
(iii) Working employees of MPPGCL may also apply as per eligibility criteria as departmental candidates . No age limit is applicable for departmental candidates. 
(iv) SC, ST , OBC (non creamy layer only) and PD candidates should submit a copy of the caste certificate / disability certificate as per existing rules of Govt. of M.P., in the prescribed format, at the time of interview .  
(v) The Candidate must possess sound health. The PD candidates will be considered only against the posts reserved for them. 
(vi) The minimum degree of disability for PD candidates to be eligible would be 40%. 
(vii) The candidates must produce original documents / certificates at the time of interview in support of their qualification for verification. 
(viii) In case of any dispute, the decision of the MPPGCL shall be binding and final for all practical purposes. 
(ix) The jurisdiction of Jabalpur Courts only shall be applicable for all matters.  
(x) All SC/ ST/PD candidates shall be reimbursed to and fro ordinary class Rail fare/ Bus fare by the shortest route for appearing in the written test and personal interview (as per rule) limited to the distance of the test centre from the address for communication mentioned in their applications or from where they have actually performed the journey, whichever is minimum, on submission of original ticket.  
(xi) Candidates having a third child born on or after 26.01.2001, are not eligible to apply. 

SELECTION PROCESS

Eligible candidates shall have to undergo a Written test and/or interview. The written test shall comprise of questions in relevant subject and General Aptitude and shall be conducted in Jabalpur. Based on the requirement & merit, the successful candidates will be called for Personal interview at Jabalpur. In case written test is required to be done, the same will be conducted on 25.08.2013 (Sunday). However, the exact date of the test and/or interview shall be communicated to the candidates through admit card, to be downloaded from www.mponline.gov.in , and will also be available on www.mppgenco.nic.in . Candidates shall visit the website regularly.

Qualifications 

Demonstrated experience in aircraft avionics design and/or a related customer service role in aviation/aerospace engineering essential.
Strong technical background in PC networks and configuration, multiplexed or software controlled systems with an understanding of computer hardware.
Strong Microsoft Office skills with experience in LINUX and UNIX an advantage.
Familiarity with EASA/ GCAA/CASA requirements is desirable.
Sound verbal and written communications skills.
Ideally degree-level educated or equivalent in Engineering, Electronics, Avionics or relevant discipline.
